It was excellent in general: new-fashioned room, magnificent location close to a food court and museums and bus station. We felt safe and would stay there again.

The rooms at Slow Suites Augusto are like a cozy home away from home. They have everything you need, from a fully equipped kitchen to a comfortable living room with a flat-screen TV. As a vegetarian/vegan, having a kitchen with a dishwasher and a microwave is a huge plus for preparing our own meals. The air conditioning keeps everything nice and cool during hot summer days. the rooms are modern, clean, and provide a comfortable and convenient stay.
Personally, I found the rainfall showerheads in the bathrooms to be a bit overwhelming. However, I understand that others might enjoy the luxurious feel of them.

The rooms at Slow Suites Augusto are amazing! They are beautifully decorated with heated floors and LED televisions, giving them a cozy and modern vibe. The living rooms in the air-conditioned units are so comfortable and perfect for lounging around. We loved watching movies on the flat-screen TV after a long day of exploring Madrid. Having a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a microwave was such a convenience. We enjoyed preparing our own meals and saving money on dining out. The inclusion of a washing machine in the unit was a lifesaver. It allowed us to pack light and easily wash our clothes during our stay. The bathrooms were top-notch, with rainfall showerheads and provided hair dryers. It felt like a luxurious spa experience every time we showered.
Personally, I prefer a bathtub over just a shower. But I understand that some people may find the rainfall showerheads enjoyable.

The flat was spacious and well-equipped, with comfortable twin beds, excellent storage, and a good range of kitchen appliances. The location was central, within walking distance to major attractions. The reception staff were incredibly helpful and pleasant, always available to assist via phone. The large windows with French doors allowed plenty of sunlight and a way to gauge the temperature outside. The area of Chueca had numerous shops and dining options, and felt safe for families.
Felt unwelcomed at check-in, lacking a friendly greeting or smile. However, the staff became helpful and nice when approached for assistance later.

One of the highlights of my stay was the fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave. It made me feel like a five-star chef, effortlessly whipping up delicious meals without any of the usual cleanup hassle.
Strong tobacco smell in the apartment.
